CULTOURFAIR is an international tourism fair that gathers specialized exhibitors from around the world, in combination with rigurously selected international buyers: tour operators, agencies specialized in cultural and luxury tourism, city-breaks, heritage, gastronomy, oenology, folklore, concerts, religious, etc.
In accordance with the Collaboration Agreement signed between AIBG – Academia Iberoamericana de Gastronomía and MITM Events; CULTOURFAIR will be held annually in the frame of Capitalidad Iberoamericana de la Cultura Gastronómica, title awarded to the city of Madrid, granted by the AIBG.
The Capitalidad Iberoamericana de la Cultura Gastronómica is a trademark created by the Academia Iberoamericana de Gastronomía which gives recognition to the gastronomic excellency of an Iberoarmerican city within the countries represented in the Academy.
Madrid – Spain’s capital – lively, cosmopolitan, and hospitable, is a forum of economic exchange and new trends. The city offers a unique cultural character, a distinctive gastronomic expression, and unparalleled heritage in its museums and institutions.
The Hotel VP Plaza de España Design will host the event, a unique hotel located in the center of the capital, marrying culture, gastronomy and technology.
CULTOURFAIR is organized by MITM Events, pioneer business in the world of organizing B2B trade fairs. Among them is Fitur MICE, the MICE section of Fitur, which this past May concluded its 3rdedition with extraordinary results; over 2000 appointments completed between more than 100 participants from 21 countries, consolidating Fitur MICE as the essential meeting for MICE Tourism in the capital, labelled by its participants as a resounding success:
