The health pass will no longer be necessary from April 1st 2022 to enter the country. The obligation to take out insurance for unvaccinated foreigners will also be abolished.
However, all tourists entering the country are advised to purchase an insurance policy with sufficient coverage to include medical expenses and extended stays due to quarantine for possible Covid-19 infection.
Vaccination checks for tourists entering the country will continue on a random basis.
