Part of the ATP 250 circuit and organised by the FIT (Italian Tennis Federation), the Forte Village Sardegna Open is the only ATP tournament to be hosted in Italy in 2020, after the international BNL D’Italia, taking place in Rome.
An extraordinary event, unprecedented in Sardinia, which will see the participation of some of the greatest players in the world, who will compete in the spectacular setting of the Resort.
In a period when the majority of the most important sporting events in the world have been cancelled or postponed, the decision to confirm this stage of the ATP 250 circuit has been made possible thanks to the uniqueness of the Covid Protection Protocol that Forte Village has in place. Since the beginning of the 2020 summer season, the resort has aimed to create a protected environment and guarantee maximum serenity for all guests and employees. This in turn will also allow athletes to play and continue to climb the rankings in absolute safety.
