Son Bunyola Hotel, the meticulously restored 16th century finca-turned luxury hotel at the heart of Sir Richard Branson’s breathtaking 810-acre Mallorcan estate, is offering guests the chance to book a discounted package for stays in a suite of three nights or longer from July to September. The hotel, situated in the UNESCO-World Heritage Site of Mallorca’s Tramuntana Mountains, which opened to acclaim in June last year, has already been hailed as one of Mallorca’s best luxury hotels. The historic 16th century finca, with some of the highest levels of protection on the island, underwent a meticulous two-year restoration process to transform it into a 27-bedroom luxury hotel, including nine individually designed and characterful suites.
Each suite features historic touchpoints and original architectural details, from the Superior Suites located in the main finca building and former barn, offering stunning views through large picture windows, to the spacious Tafona Suites with private terraces overlooking the sea, which are housed in the same building as the striking original olive press – a sympathetic nod to Son Bunyola’s agricultural past. Two showcase Tower Suites residing in each of the finca’s distinctive turrets – one of which dates back to the 13th century – complete the hotel’s collection of unique suites, both featuring private terraces with breathtaking 360-degree sea and mountain views.
The Suite Celebration offer is available this summer, with each of the nine exquisite suites to choose from, and also includes one complimentary Tramuntana Massage per person, for those booking to stay for a minimum of three nights. Guests looking to incorporate more active or cultural pursuits can also enjoy the hotel’s weekly-changing programme of complementary daily activities, from guided hiking and cycling to discovering local wines or tending to the estate’s resident beehives with a beekeeping experience to round off the perfect wellness holiday.
