When we put things back the way nature intended, we leave the world a better place and &Beyond Phinda is living proof of this. When it was established in 1991, there were no rhino on the reserve at all, but fast forward 30 years and Phinda now has a thriving white rhino population.
In November 2021, 30 white rhino sourced from Phinda, were moved to Akagera National Park, Rwanda, in partnership with African Parks. Watch the largest single translocation of rhino ever undertaken, evidence of what is possible when we give nature a chance.
