Pellicano Hotels Kicks-Off the 2023 Season on April 5th

The Pellicano Hotels group is gearing-up to welcome guests to the 2023 season, with the Hotel Il Pellicano opening on April 5, the Mezzatorre Hotel & Thermal Spa on April 7 and La Posta Vecchia Hotel on May.

The iconic Hotel Il Pellicano will welcome guests into the enchanting Porto Ercole, a destination that was created for the art of villeggiatura. The hotel will be as fresh as ever, with a few touch-ups, most notably at Bar Roberto – making its terrace an unmissable stop this season. This year also sees the return of the hotel’s legendary trunk shows, an exclusive treat for guests, featuring a unique list of brands selected by tastemaker Marie-Louise Sciò, CEO & Creative Director of the Pellicano Hotels.

The Mezzatorre Hotel on the remarkable island of Ischia will introduce its new shopping hot spot, La Boutique, a space curated by Sciò with a wide selection of products ranging from eveningwear, beachwear, everyday classics, design pieces and a range of items from ISSIMO, the group’s digital extension.

Sports and wellness enthusiasts will enjoy a new state-of-the-art gym with the most modern Technogym equipment, a weights room and a separate fitness area, immersed in the greenery of the park, overlooking the private bay. The swimming pool has also had a small make-over and will feature a new Cyprus green quartzite flooring, for added comfort and extreme chic.

La Posta Vecchia Hotel will re-open its doors following a long period of restoration. The stunning palazzo will unveil its new face this year in May, with a series of adjustments that will further immerse guests into the deep blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea, which merges beautifully with the lush greenery of the hotel’s park. A place of relaxation, privacy and pure bliss.

The Pellicano Hotels continues to progress with ‘Il Dolce Far Bene’, the Group’s sustainability vision and commitment to preserving the unique beauty and traditions of the local areas. In addition to a series of initiatives aimed at reducing impact and helping to preserve the environment, this season guests at the three hotels will be able to discover local producers and winemakers during in-hotel aperitivi, created to promote local excellences, support the communities – and delight in foods and wines from Tuscany and the Argentario, Lazio, Ischia and Campania.

Marie-Louise Sciò stated: „As always, we want to welcome our guests in the best possible way and make

them feel at home. We want to give them the opportunity to live different experiences and get to know

the bel paese on a deeper level, discover the territories and the excellences that each has to offer, from

food, to art, to absolute beauty. We want to share our love for Italy.”
