Each path will comprise semi-finals and a final with the three winners qualifying for the FIFA World Cup 2022. While the semi-finals will be played on 24 March 2022, the final matches will take place on 29 March.

Semi-final 5: Italy v. North Macedonia
Semi-final 6: Portugal v. Turkey
Based on a subsequent draw conducted today, the following teams would play at home in case of advancing to the final: winner of semi-final 2, winner of semi-final 3, winner of semi-final 6.
