Chef Sylvestre Wahid, chef of the restaurant Sylvestre is awarded the title of Chef of the Year by The Hotel & Lodge Meetings & Awards

The „Chef.fe of the year” trophy was awarded by Emmanuel Rubin, gastronomic journalist at Le Figaro and Europe 1, on the criteria of adequacy between the gastronomic offer of the restaurant linked to the hotel offer in which the restaurant registers. The nominees were:

• Cheffe Giorgiana Viou of Margaret at Hôtel Chouleur (Nîmes)
• Chefs les Frères Padron of Royal Hideaway Santa Catalina (Espagne)
• Chef Julien Dumas of Saint-James (Paris)
• Cheffe Hélène Darroze of Villa Lacoste (Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade)

It was with Cheffe Hélène Darroze (2nd prize) and Chef Julien Dumas (3rd prize) that Chef Sylvestre Wahid received his first prize on the stage of the finalists this Thursday March 24, 2022.
