Valentine’s Dinner at ZEM Restaurant

Restaurant ZEM presents an exclusive Valentine’s menu on February 14th. The five-course tasting experience by Chef Tim Wanless is available in two variations. The classic menu begins with fresh oysters with champagne-strawberry vinaigrette, followed by salmon gravlax on a crispy potato waffle with fennel and cream cheese. The third course features beef consommé with oxtail ravioli. The main course presents duck with fried polenta, smoked beetroot purée, cherries, and orange.

For vegetarian cuisine enthusiasts, the menu begins with Jerusalem artichoke with champagne-strawberry vinaigrette. This is followed by a crispy potato waffle with eggplant, cream cheese, and chilli. The third course features a mushroom consommé with portobello, ravioli, and root vegetables. The main course showcases confit cauliflower with fried polenta, smoked beetroot purée, cherries, and vegetable demiglace. Both menus conclude with a romantic dessert – a heart-shaped Red Velvet with mascarpone, vanilla, yuzu, strawberries, champagne, and dark chocolate.

• Walk of Myths: Guests will receive the ‘Andaz Walk of Myths’ book, which links the legends found at the hotel to the city. The beautifully planned journey full of mythical storytelling will take them through the Old Town, the Jewish Quarter, Charles Bridge, and Kampa Island to discover the mythical places that inspired the design of the hotel and shaped the Prague of today.

• Andaz Hour Sensory Experience: The art of scent and taste can be discovered as an expert barman presents three exquisite perfumes from Pigmentarium, an independent Czech perfume house.
