On the workshop we had 34 companies from all over the world on the Sellers’ side, the partner country being Slovakia, and 90 tour operators on the Buyers’ side, arriving from the most important Polish cities (Warsaw, Łódz, Kraków, Katowice, Poznań, Wrocław) and from the Czech Republic (Prague).
Sellers and Buyers had two times 4 hours for their B2B meetings in the freshly opened conference room “Rotunda” in HP Park Plaza Wroclaw****, which was the busiest part of the program. However, there were also some interesting presentations, for example a sales training with the best sale tourism trainer in Poland, Krzysztof Adamski or a travel insurance training held by the tourism insurance specialist Rafał Buczak. To the good atmosphere contributed the open bar by offering a wide selection of premium alcohol drinks (thanks to M&P Alkohole Wina Cygara) and the best coffee from Colombia (thanks to Jaramillo Café).
This 2-days event was really exceptional, as – apart from the business aspect – we laid big emphasis on the integration of Sellers and Buyers. We strongly believe, that friendly atmosphere and personal relations help a lot to achieve success in business, so after the business part all participants could spend their free time together. The Hungarian Whip Show, performed by Hajdúszoboszló City Council, the sightseeing program “Wroclaw by night” or the visit in the unique education center about Water, called “Hydropolis” were all great occasions to build and strengthen such relations.
